Mr. Mahmud has vast experience in the field of Human Resource Management. His experience is covered by working in both corporate & factory level. Working experience with multicultural people gave him a firm foundation to see the big picture and understand the mechanism of teamwork. He is specialized in connecting the dots from company vision, mission & values to down the level KPI (Key Performance Indicator) execution.
Mr. Mahmud is currently working with AAA Future-Edge as CEO and Lead Consultant. Presently, he is handling a few projects in different organizations. He is mainly working for organizational development through team building and employee engagement.
Prior to this he was working as Head of HR, Zuellig Pharma Bangladesh Ltd. Prior joining to Zuellig Pharma, Mr. Mahmud worked as Manager, HR at Field Nation (a fortune 500 company), Manager, HR & Admin at JITA Social Business Bangladesh Ltd. (a social business venture by danone .communities, France and CARE, USA), HR Administrator at pro-edge associates (a leading management & HR consulting firm in Bangladesh) and BURO Bangladesh (A leading National NGO).
He conducted many programs like; KRA (Key Result Area) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) formation, SOP (Standard Operating Process) development, Compensation Survey come job grading, PMS (Performance Management System) & ASR (Annual Salary Review), Leadership Development, Team building, Know the business, HR Budgeting, Future Leadership Development, Job analysis, Organizational architecture, Succession Planning etc. for the companies he worked for as employee and as consultant.
He has completed his MBA and BBA from East West University majoring in HRM and Finance respectively with good academic results. He has also completed a PGDHRM course.
